Confirm your specific compliance needs when ordering — don’t assume “food-grade liner” alone satisfies whatever certification your product or facility requires without checking the actual documentation from us first.
2. What’s the difference between the liner and the outer woven bag?
The outer woven polypropylene shell provides structural strength and handles the lifting load, while the liner is a separate inner layer that creates the actual food-contact barrier. The liner keeps your product from touching the woven fabric directly, which matters both for contamination control and because raw woven poly isn’t itself a food-contact material.
3. How does the spout top and spout bottom reduce contamination risk?
Both openings can be sealed and controlled rather than left wide open like a standard open-top bag. That means less airborne contamination during filling, less product exposure during transport, and a cleaner, more controlled discharge into your production line — all of which matter more for food ingredients than for something like construction aggregate.
4. Can this bag be used for both dry ingredients and something with higher moisture content?
It’s built primarily for dry bulk ingredients like grain, flour, and sugar. For anything with meaningful moisture content, you’d need to talk to us about liner material and breathability — the wrong liner choice on a moist product can trap humidity and create mold risk rather than prevent it, so this isn’t a generic yes across all food products.
5. What’s the minimum order, and how does pricing scale with volume?
