Pallet Load
Configurator
Enter your product dimensions and pallet size to get a TI-HI count (units per layer × layers), total units per pallet, and a visual stacking diagram.
Configure your pallet load
Enter your product's outer case dimensions, pick a pallet size, and set your max stack height. The calculator checks both orientations (standard and rotated) and uses whichever fits more units per layer.

Rotate before you commit
Rotating cases 90° on the deck can add a full column per layer depending on how case dimensions divide into the pallet footprint.
Trade a little TI for stability
Pinwheel or interlocking stack patterns reduce column count slightly but dramatically improve load stability — often worth it for tall or unbanded loads.
Racking & trailer limits
Standard dry van trailers typically clear 102"; racking beam heights vary by facility. Confirm your finished pallet height against the tightest constraint in your supply chain.
Cube efficiency compounds
A case that divides evenly into pallet dimensions with minimal leftover space raises both TI and overall trailer utilization — see the Case Cube Optimizer for sizing help.
