Load Planning Tool
How many pallets fit on a full truckload?
Pick a trailer or container, drop in your pallet footprint, and see the floor plan fill in live — plus your total pallets per load.
Freight sitting on the pallet — capacity is set by floor space and, if allowed, one extra stacked layer.
Load Spec
CPP-LOAD-01
Standard wood GMA pallet is about 5.5" tall. Wood pallets don't nest — each one adds its full height to the stack.
Space reserved at the top of each stack for door clearance and safe handling.
Auto-fills from trailer preset — edit if your carrier quotes something different.

Planning estimate, not a guarantee. This calculator uses straight-line grid loading (all pallets in one orientation) to estimate floor-space capacity. Real-world loads sometimes fit a few more via mixed orientation or pinwheeling, and axle weight distribution limits can bind before gross payload does. Confirm final counts with your carrier before booking.
