Buying Guide & FAQ
A pad and a tier sheet are the same physical product — flat chipboard used as a layer divider — listed separately because customers search for each term differently. A slip sheet is built specifically to replace a wood pallet, with a lip on one or more sides so a push/pull attachment or dispenser can grip and move it.
.022" (Thin) suits light carton-layer or retail-case dividing. .030" (Standard) covers most pallet-layer and general slip sheet use. .050" (Heavy) is for drums, chemical loads, and export freight that needs extra rigidity.
Single-side lip is standard for most push/pull equipment. 2-side and 4-side lip configurations suit multi-directional dispensers or export packing requirements. No-lip (flat) is used purely as a layer divider, not for pallet replacement.
The price shown is per full pallet of sheets. Pallet quantity varies by size and caliper — thinner/smaller sheets ship more per pallet, thicker/larger sheets ship fewer.
